Why this exists

Most coverage of this category is a rewritten press release with a referral link attached. The figures are operator figures, the settlement times are copied from a help page, and nobody involved has filed a redemption. That was irritating enough to go and keep the books properly.

What we do

Open accounts, fund them, play the promotional balance down, file a redemption and time it. Three times per brand across three separate weeks. Then record what happened, including the parts that make an operator look poor, and rank the ledger by settlements rather than by opening packages.

How it is funded

Affiliate commission, disclosed on every page carrying it. Rates are agreed before the audit and cannot change after publication. Several audited brands pay nothing and sit exactly where the audit placed them. If a commercial arrangement ever required a score to move, we would end the arrangement.

What we are not

Not a casino. We take no stakes, hold no funds, process no redemptions and cannot intervene in a dispute with an operator. Not lawyers either, so nothing here is legal advice about your state. For anything touching your account, operator support is the only party able to act.

Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, tell us. We check it, correct it in place and note what changed. Being corrected is considerably better than being quoted inaccurately.
