The nature of the ledger

Sweepstakes Vault USA exists to record and compare settlement performance at sweepstakes casinos operating in the United States. There is no gaming operation behind it. No stake is accepted here, no balance is held here and no redemption is processed here. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the conditions below.

How current an entry is

Every entry was accurate on the date it was recorded, which is a different claim from being accurate today. Operators revise packages, clearing requirements and minimums, and their cashiers speed up and slow down without announcement. Where an entry and an operator rulebook conflict, the rulebook is authoritative and should be read before an account is opened.

Eligibility

Account holders must be eighteen or older, with several operators applying twenty-one irrespective of state law. Whether an account opens is determined by the operator rather than by this site, and nothing recorded here constitutes an offer of gaming services in any jurisdiction.

Disclosed revenue

Certain outbound links generate a commission on registration. The arrangement is disclosed sitewide and repeated on the pages carrying it. Rates are settled before an audit begins and have never altered a position, a score or the content of an entry.

Limitation of liability

The ledger is a published record and nothing further. Liability is not accepted for losses arising from decisions taken on the strength of it, from the conduct of any third-party operator, or from periods when this site is unavailable. Your relationship with a casino is governed entirely by your agreement with that casino.

Amendment

These conditions are revised periodically. Whichever version is published while you are using the site is the version that governs.
