Questionsthat reach the desk most often
Short, plain answers with no marketing language in them.
Adults only. Gold Coins never convert to cash. Free postal entry accepted at every brand listed. Helpline 1-800-522-4700.
Which balance can be withdrawn?
Only the promotional one, usually Sweeps Coins. It has to clear the operator requirement and finish above the operator minimum. Gold Coins convert to nothing at any brand.
Can an account settle without a purchase?
Yes. Free postal entry is accepted at every brand in the ledger and those coins redeem on identical terms. Several operators also credit coins daily to active accounts. It is slower than buying and it works, and we have settled a postal-only balance before writing about it.
What is a realistic settlement time?
Between roughly seven hours and four working days on our measurements, timed from a filed request on a verified account. The first is slower everywhere because verification runs alongside it.
What does the clearing requirement mean?
That the promotional balance must be staked a set number of times before withdrawal. One-times on 50 SC means 50 SC of stakes in total, counted by stakes rather than wins, so a losing run does not stop it clearing.
Why is there a minimum redemption?
Processors charge per transfer, so a minimum stops withdrawals costing more to send than they are worth. Minimums here run from 50 to 100 promotional coins, and a low one matters more than a large opening package.
Do purchased coins settle better?
No. Every game runs identical mathematics however the coins arrived. Purchasing buys turnover in one sitting and nothing else.
Which states are covered?
Washington is closed everywhere. Idaho, Michigan, Montana and Nevada are restricted at some operators. Everywhere else is generally open. Our state page carries the detail and the operator rules page is final.
Are these links commercial?
Some are. The rate is fixed before the audit and never moves a score, several audited brands pay nothing, and no operator sees an entry before publication.
